BY PURCHASING A TICKET YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOUR GROUP IS FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD OR SUPPORT BUBBLE.

SEATING & ALLOCATION

Due to social distancing all tickets are sold in pairs or solos in the stalls and the balcony. Seats will be allocated on a first come first serve basis within your group size. Please

ADDITIONAL COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Guests will be required to wear a face covering unless exempt whilst walking around the venue unless seated where they can remove their face covering for the performances. Hand sanitiser stations will be available through the venue and toilets but we also advise guests to carry their own for additional safety.

We follow government guidance on test and trace so guests are encouraged to download the NHS app to make entry into the venue simpler and quicker whilst scanning the required test and trace QR code.

On arrival guests will be expected to have their ticket available to scan by our hosts and we are required to take a simple forehead temperature check in accordance with government regulations. Please be reminded if you display any symptoms related to Covid-19 or feel unwell, entry will not be permitted into the venue.

COVID CANCELLATION - BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

In the event of a show cancellation due to Covid restrictions we will reschedule the event and transfer your tickets over. If we can’t reschedule the show, or you can’t make the rescheduled date, we will give a full refund minus the booking fee.
